James was so great!!! He was wonderful about checking in with me about my schedule and location. Once he showed up he confirmed my original thoughts. Dead battery, seems like an easy fix right? WRONG! The corrosion was so bad that my connections snapped in half and he replaced them for me. I am so pleased with his attention to the details I will definitely be calling them again. It was a little pricey but so worth it. I finally feel like I have met someone that I can trust to work on my car and that is priceless.
